Chair massage is a seated, relaxation massage that is done in a specially designed chair. The massage focuses on areas known to hold stress, such as your neck, shoulders and back, as well as your arms and hands. Using a combination of accupressure and Swedish massage styles, your massage is performed over your clothes, so there is no need to disrobe. Those who have allergies need not worry - no oils or lotions are used.
Chair massage is the perfect fit for the office, event locations or for home spa parties. Chair massage is a great idea for an Employee Appreciation Day, a sporting event or as part of a regular, on-site Wellness program. The massage can last anywhere from five to thirty minutes, depending on your schedule. In an office setting, it is usually fifteen minutes long,
so it fits easily into your busy day during a coffee or lunch break.
